Tangletown Remodel

This classic home near Greenlake in the Tangletown neighborhood beautifully ushers in modern conveniences while preserving it’s historic charm.  A lovely kitchen bumped slightly outside the existing walls to allow for an island and gorgeous walnut built-in.  These touches helped to preserve the historic feel of the home while bringing out an updated design aesthetic.  We love homes where we are able to update each space in order to create a seamless narrative in the home.  The beautiful master suite whose added square footage gives this growing family more room to stretch out and relax!
