Located in the desirable neighborhood of the Sandpoint Country Club, this Five Dot Architecture home stands out as a feature in the neighborhood.  It boasts a modern aesthetic while adding warmth from numerous fir and wood details.  Working with these homeowners was great as with each milestone that was passed the excitement in the project grew.  Notable features include many efficiency upgrades like: a Tesla roof, exterior insulation, radiant heating, and permeable paving.  Unique detailing can be found in the numerous trim details, indoor garden, separate “tinkering” room, a gorgeous staircase, and the beautiful front indoor/outdoor living/community space.  Here is to the many wonderful years ahead!
